We give you the tools to join the exciting world of Israeli dance where you will learn every dance style under the sun.

The course is taught using professional teaching techniques with nothing assumed and with plenty of time for repeating anything needed for success.

The aim is to develop dance confidence, hand in hand with step knowledge, using a mix of modern and traditional dances formatted as lines and circles.

The courses run here are an ideal preparation for our Monday class giving a thorough grounding in dance from an Israeli dance perspective.

So don't just sit there!!! We would love to meet you and help you become an expert Israeli dancer!

Why should you join us?

No previous dance experience required. Our enjoyable introductory course is designed to teach all the elements you will need to join in with our mix of line and circle dances. After a busy day all you probably feel like doing is resting and taking it easy.  However you could join us for an introduction to a fun way of exercising and socialising.  This is where dance comes into its own. You will be learning new skills, improving your co-ordination and fitness and meeting new people.  We play a variety of music celebrating a range of unique cultures.

Join us on Wednesday evenings for a work out in a fun and exciting way.  You will receive a warm welcome and we guarantee to be far more interesting than exercise machines and treadmills. Give it a try. You can start anytime and attend as frequently as you wish. Our class is located in Southgate next to Asda. Wednesday evenings. The cost is only £5. Better still come with a friend and have an entertaining evening!  Parking is free.
